My Coaching Story

I began 2020 as a new mum ready to get back out into the world of acting and then…we had a pandemic. Not only did my acting work dry up but so did my teaching so I decided to use the time to train to be a qualified life coach. I have personally found so much benefit from attending coaching sessions over the years; whether it be for focusing on the business side of acting or for helping me juggle my multi-hyphenated career (oh the many jobs I’ve had…) the sessions were invaluable for productivity and focus and so I want to help others in the same way.
