As the country opens up and we no doubt become busier and busier, join me for 4 weekly hour-long sessions of group coaching to set you up for the win, without the overwhelm.
I will be covering the basics of SMART goal setting, checking in with your weekly progress, and leading you through exercises for assessing the areas in your life that need addressing/identifying areas that can be let go.
